Currently we do not offer international shipping

For most of our products it usually takes 3-10 business days to reach you after dispatch.

For Comfort-able Designs collection including 'I am an Aussie', product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Please note - Due to severe wet weather, we may experience delays for parcels that are travelling through these areas. Please refer to your tracking for the latest updates. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We aim to dispatch your products immediately. Hence, it we can't change or cancel orders. If your order is incorrect you will need to wait to receive the order but can always conduct an return once it arrives.

This can be a tricky one! If your order hasn’t left yet our team can do what we can to make the changes. Otherwise you will need to organise for a redirection with the carrier who has your order.

We take every measure to ensure that our product standard is comfortable and quality assured. We are sure that you are going to love your Comfort-able product but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return by completing the web form here.

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange: Please note, we do not offer exchanges and items sent back to us will be processed for a refund. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.

What can you return?

Your return items must meet these conditions to be accepted:

- Returned within 30 days of purchase

- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached

- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder

If your return meets these requirements please follow the below process -

1. Submit the webform - Just head to our easy to use web form, fill it and submit.

2. Send the product/s to us - Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive your items, we will process it and email you within 7 business days. Unfortunately we can’t offer free returns, as we choose not to increase prices to absorb the return postage.
